Post a comment to this message (including your name) if you will be attending. If you already have an idea of the size of your camp group and who the spokesperson will be, OR if you know several others who will be attending but you haven't organized a camp group yet, just post their names along with yours.
For example, let's say Wilbur wants to come to the Beerhunt. He needs to post a comment thus:
Wilbur, Hey it's Wilbur I love beer, let's do this! ...or some variant.
If Wilbur has friends who want to come along:
Wilbur. Ellen. Woo Ping. We love beer, let's do this! ...or some variant.
Or, if Wilbur already had a camp group in mind:
Camp group: Wilbur. Ellen. Woo Ping (Woo Ping is spokesperson; Woo Ping's contact info). We love beer...yada, yada.
Let me stress this point: UNLESS YOUR NAME GETS POSTED AS A COMMENT TO THIS BLOG YOU CANNOT COME TO THE BEERHUNT.**
**I'm sorry to be a hard-ass about it, but this will make things so much easier and will ensure that no one pays exorbitant sums of money (which, believe it or not, occasionally happens in my experience).
To sum up, inform anyone you think will be interested in the Beerhunt now and get their names up here ASAP. Also, plan and organize your camp groups. In a week we will finalize the camp groups and get to the real nitty gritty. Peace!
